Our technical support team will perform online diagnostics to resolve the issue.

l  If the product needs to be returned for repair, our customer service will guide you through filling out the electronic "Warranty Service Application Form" and generate a unique repair service number for you.

l  Please ship the product, proof of purchase (order screenshot or invoice), and the filled-out warranty card to the following address:

l  After receiving the product, we will inspect it and inform you of the results. For confirmed warranty-covered issues, we will provide free repair or replacement services. Once the repair is completed, we will return the product to you.

 Situations Not Covered by Warranty:

1.         Human Damage: Including but not limited to damage caused by dropping, squeezing, liquid immersion, or using an improper power source for charging.

2.         Normal Wear and Tear: Such as minor wear on the surface fabric of the eye mask due to normal use.

3.         Unauthorized Disassembly or Repair: Any disassembly, modification, or repair not performed by our authorized service center.

4.         Inability to Provide Valid Proof of Purchase.

5.         Damage Caused by Force Majeure: Such as fire, flood, earthquake, etc.
