Refunds & Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our Electronic Sleeping Mask. If you are not happy with your product, we offer refunds and exchanges under the terms outlined below. Please read carefully to understand your rights and our obligations.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

To qualify for a refund:

  • Your item must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) must be provided.

2. Non-Refundable Items

We cannot accept returns or provide refunds for:

  • Products that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery.

  • Items returned without original packaging or missing accessories such as charging cables or instruction manuals.

  • Products that are hygiene-sensitive, including sleeping masks that have been worn or unsealed from protective packaging.

  • The return period of 30 days has been exceeded.

3. Defective or Faulty Items

If your sleeping mask arrives defective or malfunctioning, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it.
We will provide:

  • A replacement at no extra cost, or

  • A full refund, once the defective item is returned and inspected.

To expedite the process, please include photos or videos showing the defect.

4. Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days and automatically credited to your original payment method.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of defective or incorrect products.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
